How to Use
❄️Store Properly
Store your PrinkWellness suppositories in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate before use to ensure the suppository is firm for easier insertion.
Wash Your Hands
Before handling the suppository, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Remove Packaging
Remove the suppository from its packaging. If it feels too soft, place it back in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Find a Comfortable Position
Lie on your back with knees bent or stand with one leg raised on a chair or toilet seat, whichever is more comfortable.
Insert the Suppository
Gently insert the suppository into your vagina as far as is comfortable, similar to inserting a tampon.
Remain Lying Down
If possible, remain lying down for 15–20 minutes to allow the suppository to melt and the active ingredients to be absorbed.
